Leading strategic planning, goal setting and intervention by unblocking bottlenecks, advocating with relevant stakeholders and strong implementation focus for successful project delivery. 2. Manage relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with relevant district and block-level officials (DM, DEO, DPOs, DIET Principal, Block Education Officers ). Engaging DEO, DIET, and other govt. Officials by regularly reporting, initiating formal/informal conversations and co-creating action plans with them. Identifying other CSOs aimed at addressing pressing needs at the school site. 3. Documenting and reporting Leading efforts to document and report progress & program gaps/challenges every month. Adapting tools or surveys to evaluate, collect data and document stakeholder (BACs, CACs, teachers, students) response to intervention.
