Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations Maintain books of accounts as per statutory and company norms Oversee import transactions including foreign payments, customs duty accounting, and landed cost calculations Manage bank documentation for import payments (LCs, TT, FIRC, BRC) Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and suppliers for import documentation (Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) Ensure accurate GST input credit on imports (IGST under Bill of Entry) Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities and audit preparations Monitor and manage working capital related to import activities Generate periodic financial and management reports Ensure compliance with statutory laws and internal policies Salary :- Upto 45K PM Requirements: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in import-related accounting Strong knowledge of import documentation, EXIM policy, and related compliances Familiarity with Tally ERP, Excel, and banking systems Working knowledge of GST rules related to imports Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Benefits: Professional development opportunities.
