About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Management Representative / Head Quality/ Head ISO to lead our Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The ideal candidate will act as the ISO MR and provide strategic and handson leadership to ensure the integrity, effectiveness, and continual improvement of our quality processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Management Representative (MR) for ISO 9001:2015. Lead all activities related to QMS implementation, surveillance, and recertification audits. Conduct and oversee Management Review Meetings (MRMs), Internal Audits, CAPA, and Risk Management. Ensure compliance with customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Maintain, review, and improve Quality Manual, Procedures, and QMS documentation. Facilitate training and awareness programs across functions to embed a quality-first culture. Monitor Key Quality Indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvement initiatives. Liaise with certification bodies, customers, and cross-functional teams for audit readiness and quality compliance. Drive root cause analysis and robust corrective/preventive actions. Candidate Requirements : Proven experience in quality management within an ISO 9001-certified environment. Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standard, audit lifecycle, and QMS documentation. Certification in Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 preferred. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Hands-on experience in driving continual improvement, problem-solving tools (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.), and data-based decision-making. Exposure to other standards like IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 will be an advantage. Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Engineering / Quality Management / related field.
