Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, based in Ambala. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing property sales and customer relationships, ensuring a seamless process for clients. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role involves advising clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property sales and the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate
• Strong Sales skills and experience in Real Property transactions
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ambala
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
