Position Overview:

The Academic Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and supervising academic activities within the institute. The candidate will ensure smooth curriculum delivery, maintain academic standards, and act as a bridge between faculty, students, and the administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor academic programs and daily classroom activities.

  • Develop and implement academic calendars, schedules, and teaching plans.

  • Ensure adherence to institutional academic policies and quality standards.

  • Support faculty members with curriculum planning, assessments, and teaching methodologies.

  • Conduct periodic academic reviews, report progress, and suggest improvements.

  • Facilitate communication between management, teachers, and students.

  • Organize academic workshops, training programs, and faculty development sessions.

  • Supervise examinations, results processing, and student performance evaluations.

  • Maintain academic documentation, attendance, and performance records.

  • Support in institutional accreditations, inspections, and report preparation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Education (M.Ed) from a recognized university.

  • Academic Background: Candidates must be from an English Medium background.

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination or teaching in a reputed educational institution.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Proficiency in academic planning, reporting, and documentation.

  • Computer literacy with MS Office and educational ERP systems.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with diverse teams.

Remuneration:
