The Office Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This role involves administrative support, coordination of office operations, communication management, and assistance to management and staff. Administrative & Office Management Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters) Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Capable of handling correspondence Coordination & Support Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and conferences. Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). Independent corresponding Proven experience in office administration or executive support. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
