Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership
– Provide strategic direction to the department, fostering innovation and academic excellence.
Curriculum Development
– Design, implement, and review the BCA curriculum to meet industry requirements and maintain academic rigor.
Faculty Management
– Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty members; support continuous professional growth.
Departmental Operations
– Manage budgets, resources, infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Student Affairs
– Support student development, provide academic and career counseling, and encourage participation in co-curricular activities.

Requirements:

Education
– Master’s degree in Computer Applications or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Experience
– Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience with at least 2–3 years in an administrative/leadership role.
Skills
– Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
