Job Description

JOB SPECIFICATION:

A Masters or Ph.D. Human Anatomy.
Minimum of 4 years experience in this position.
Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
A good record of attending conferences and academic events.
A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
Patience, understanding, and willingness to help.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Should be good in Communication, Email and Telephone etiquette.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teaching courses on human anatomy, physiology, and related topics.
Conducting independent research related to human anatomy.
Preparing course materials such as syllabus, homework assignments, exams, and handouts.
Design, prepare and develop courses, modules.
Teaching students about human anatomy through classroom lectures and laboratory experiments.
Designing and overseeing the construction of models or computer simulations of human body structures.
Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
Coordinate with other Lecturer to develop and implement new methods of teaching to reflect changes.
Set, mark and moderate examinations and assessments.
Contribute to professional conferences and seminars in your field of expertise
Support students through a pastoral or advisory role
Undertake individual and collaborative research projects that are published in peer-reviewed journals and actively contribute to your institution's research profile
Performing any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Coordinating special events and activities for the department or university.
