We have an opening with us for the position of Logistics Executive in our Chakan Plant . Responsibilities: Logistics Management System include ensuring Logistics standards are met, improving processes, and managing risks with manufacturing a product at GA India plant Works activity towards Logistics target objectives in collaboration with commercials team . Job holders in this role may take responsibility for the improvement of components within the all Logistics process. Principal Duties and Responsibilities General and Task Management Knowledge of Execute and secure shipping booking process. Knowledge of truck load on time. Knowledge of process Customer ASN. Knowledge of packaging, Documentation, timely and accurate booking into ERP. Resolve and report discrepancies. Track truck filling rate and propose improvement actions. Time windows respect. Shipping docks occupation & optimization follow up. Inputs in Customer / 3rd Party B2B portals (packaging...). Order dispatching Invoicing Follow customer trigger Sequencing On time delivery 5S maintain Transport planning Inventory management Relationship Management Logistics management principle that involves maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with an organization's stakeholders. Required Skills: Knowledge of Strong understanding of Logistics management principles and industry standards. Knowledge of Problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with audit techniques and risk management processes Knowledge of statistical audits Education: Any Graduation Experience: Experience in Logistics in a position equivalent to at least 4 to 5 years.
