• Production system modifications

  : Adapt production systems to support JIT principles

• Inventory strategy modifications

  : Manage inventory to reduce wait times and respond to demand

• Process optimization

  : Continuously analyze and improve processes

• Quality control

  : Implement quality management practices to identify and address issues early in production

• Supply chain management

  : Oversee the supply chain, including building relationships with suppliers
