Job Description

Role & responsibilities Work Profile : The position is based in Madhya Pradesh and entails dual reporting to the CHRO. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR leadership roles within the Insurance, Banking, or Telecom sectors, or any Indian large company having a workforce of more than 2000 and possess strong business partnering capabilities. Key Highlights: Will lead the HR function across Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, overseeing approximately 3500 employees . Responsible for managing a team of 2025 HR professionals. Travel will be required across multiple offices in states Role requires strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic, people-intensive environment.
