• To lead company's legal and compliance management, including drafting and analyzing agreements and corporate documentation.
• Should have knowledge of various statutes in India applicable to business contracts / agreements, Factories, HR (including Labour) etc.
• Manage various contractual / lease agreements with various suppliers, customers and outsource agencies.
• Manage Company's internal Policies, Rules & Guidelines.
• Provide legal, and/or strategic advice.
• Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved.
• Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers, auditors and Legal Authorities.
• Legal vetting of various documents and correspondence.
• Support in HR & Admin functions
