Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash collection activities at assigned branches to meet targets.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Conduct field collections, including loan recoveries, debt recoveries, and NPA management.
Monitor branch performance on a daily basis to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular updates to senior management.
