We are seeking an energetic Sales Operations Coordinator with 0-1 years of experience in sales & business development to streamline processes, manage sales data, and support growth initiatives. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance insight, and helping the sales team exceed targets.
Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly) for key metrics: lead flow, pipeline size, conversion rates, sales cycle length, win/loss analysis, forecast vs actual .
Maintain and update the ERP o ensure accuracy and consistency of data (leads, contacts, opportunities)
Assist in preparing sales forecasts, monitor performance against targets, flag variances, and support leadership with actionable insights
Track incoming leads, qualification status, how they move through the funnel; liaise with marketing / business development to ensure smooth handoffs.
Work with Marketing, Finance, SCM, Engineering (as needed) to align on lead definitions, territory planning, quotas, incentives, pricing, contracts etc
Help onboard new sales
Support postsales activities (e.g. order fulfillment, invoicing, customer feedback) to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
