Job Title: Entry-Level Sales & Business Development Representative Locations: Pune, Vadodara, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mysore Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome) Departments: Sales Operations, Research & Development, Sales Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales & Business Development Representatives. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and assisting with sales management activities. Additional tasks include maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. Present our company to potential clients. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and internal stakeholders. Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to conduct effective sales presentations and manage sales activities. Willingness to participate in training and development sessions. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Ability to work well in a team environment.
