Job Description

Job Opening: Scrum Master -Bangalore

Location:

About the Role:

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles to ensure best practices
Identify and resolve team impediments swiftly
Promote collaboration, transparency, and self-management
Track Agile metrics like sprint velocity and delivery adherence
Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the backlog
Drive continuous improvement through regular retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
or equivalent certification preferred
6+ years of total experience with proven Scrum Master experience
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum
Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience with distributed/offshore teams is a plus
Passion for servant leadership and empowering teams

Important Notes:

Only candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less will be considered
Interviews are scheduled virtually for this Saturday
MondayFriday, work-from-office role in Bangalore
