Role Overview

As an Event Client Onboarder, you will be responsible for connecting with new clients, onboarding them to the WedMandap platform, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial engagement to successful event execution. You will also play a key role in building a local team and vendor network to strengthen our presence in your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and onboard new clients for events, weddings, and functions in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to explain services and offerings.
• Ensure seamless client onboarding process and address queries promptly.
• Develop and manage a small local team to support client handling and event execution.
• Achieve regional onboarding and client satisfaction targets.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event management, weddings, programs, or client servicing.
• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to work in the field, travel locally, and manage client meetings.
• Proven ability to build and lead small teams.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
