Job Description

The Business Development Executive – International Sales will be responsible for expanding the company’s global presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across international markets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in international markets.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
  • Conduct online demos, presentations, and negotiations with international clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create market-specific strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and lead progress.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, events, or virtual meetings to promote company offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and global sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales or business development 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of global markets and cross-cultural communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM , SAAS Sales , IT Product sales
