Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy customer service solutions using CXone platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions.
Develop custom integrations between CXone and other systems using APIs or other integration tools.
Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting of CXone instances to ensure optimal system functionality.
Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of CXone platform.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in CXone implementation projects.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, workflow automation, data modeling, reporting/analytics capabilities within CXone platform.
Experience working with various technologies such as API integration, web services integration (XML/JSON), database schema design (SQL).
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders during project execution.
