Role OverviewJoin our forward-thinking team as a Power Automate/Power Apps Developer and lead the creation of next-generation automation and AI-driven solutions. This role involves building intelligent workflows that drive business efficiency and innovation across various departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working flexibly across time zones when needed.Key Responsibilities• Design high-level and low-level architecture for automation and integration use cases.• Translate business requirements into scalable Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.• Develop, test, and deploy automation using Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Power Apps.• Leverage AI Builder and GenAI capabilities to create intelligent process automation.• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.• Optimize, enhance, and maintain existing workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance analysis for automation solutions.• Prepare detailed documentation covering designs, workflows, and AI integrations.• Be proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and driving enhancements.• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to collaborate effectively with global teams and meet project demands, including occasional late-night support.Qualifications• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Power Apps.• Proven experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.• Familiarity with Power BI and other Power Platform tools (Power Pages) is a plus.• Experience with AI Builder, GenAI, or related AI/ML integrations preferred.• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to stay ahead in emerging Power Platform trends.Preferred Skills• Experience in Agile delivery environments.• Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or equivalent). (Optional, Good to have)• Familiarity with API integrations, Power Pages and Azure services.• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in project delivery.
