About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Non Tech Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune. You'll play a key role in identifying and hiring top-notch talent for permanent roles across leading EMPI and a like clients.
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent EMPI non tech roles.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers & clients to understand job requirements.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
4. Conduct initial screening via phone/video interviews.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
6. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
