Job Description

  • The role requires handling day-to-day HR & Admin operations, managing Japanese expats, and ensuring smooth coordination of Visa, FRRO, and compliance-related matters.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for handling end-to-end Travel Desk management.

Requirements:

  • JLPT N2 Certification (Mandatory)
  • Excellent Japanese & English communication skills
  • Prior experience in corporate HR & Administration (preferably in manufacturing/auto industry)
  • Strong knowledge of Expat Management processes (Visa, FRRO, etc.)
  • Good organisational, interpersonal, and travel coordination skills .
  • Any UG and Communication in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 Mandatory).
