Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for

Jira Developer with experience in Banking Domain

is required for our banking client for remote location.(PWFH)

Job Purpose

As a JIRA developer, you develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA and other Atlassian products as needed. You build and deploy servers and applications, develop plugins to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations that include all client requirements, create custom preset filters, test outcomes, and identify defects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permissions.
Develop Jira automation rules and integrations with internal systems.
Implement ITSM processes (Incidents, Requests, Changes) within Jira.
Build dashboards and reports for IT and business stakeholders.
Support process digitalisation and workflow optimisation across departments.
Troubleshoot Jira issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.
SharePoint development experience is an added value
