We have an urgent requirement for Flutter Lead --Insurance Domain with our client based in Chennai

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Flutter Lead

with over 10 years of expertise in mobile and web applicationdevelopment, with a focus on

Flutter and Dart

technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin the

insurance domain

, ensuring the development of cutting-edge solutions tailored to industry-specificrequirements. As a Flutter Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing project development, mentoring theteam, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications for iOS and Android.

Responsible

  • Design and implement mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements
and specifications.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly UIs, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across
various devices.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimise code for performance and maintainability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement
of our mobile applications.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-up
meetings, and other team activities.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance mobile applications using
Flutter and Dart.
  • Guide and mentor developers in best practices for Flutter application development.
  • Conduct technical assessments, provide solutions, and oversee project roadmaps.

Requirements

  • [4 years] of experience as a Web & mobile application developer, focusing on Flutter development.
  • Proficient in Dart programming language.
  • Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and its architecture.
  • Experience with state management using Getx, Provider or Bloc River Pod.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Material Design and Cupertino.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
