As an Assistant Jewellery Designer at Rossia Jewels Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing innovative jewellery pieces that resonate with current market trends and customer preferences. You will be responsible for developing detailed technical drawings and views for manufacturing teams, preparing client presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) or equivalent from a recognized design school and a minimum of 2 years of experience in jewellery design. Freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong hand rendering and 3D illustration abilities. - Proficiency in Procreate software for jewellery design. - Understanding of design trends, materials, and production techniques. - Competence in Microsoft Office for documentation and presentations. - Creative eye for detail and out-of-the-box thinking. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Team-oriented with positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
