• Design bespoke and repeatable high-end diamond jewellery pieces with a strong focus on bracelets, rings, earrings, and statement necklaces
• Draw inspiration from iconic European houses such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Graff, while contributing fresh creative energy
• Translate conceptual briefs, trend boards, or ad hoc ideas into sophisticated designs that are both innovative and manufacturable
• Propose original sketches, refine concepts through feedback loops, and coordinate with CAD and manufacturing teams to finalize production-ready outputs
• Maintain aesthetic alignment with Paces luxury positioning and international clientele

• 5+ years of jewellery design experience, ideally in luxury or high jewellery
• Strong sketching, rendering, and digital design skills (Rhino, Matrix, or equivalent)
• Comfortable with multiple iterations and collaborative input from founders and production teams
• Trend-aware and capable of initiating new design ideas as well as executing briefed concepts
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English
