What Youll Do Design bespoke and repeatable high-end diamond jewellery pieces with a strong focus on bracelets, rings, earrings, and statement necklaces Draw inspiration from iconic European houses such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Graff, while contributing fresh creative energy Translate conceptual briefs, trend boards, or ad hoc ideas into sophisticated designs that are both innovative and manufacturable Propose original sketches, refine concepts through feedback loops, and coordinate with CAD and manufacturing teams to finalize production-ready outputs Maintain aesthetic alignment with Paces luxury positioning and international clientele ???? Who You Are 5+ years of jewellery design experience, ideally in luxury or high jewellery Strong sketching, rendering, and digital design skills (Rhino, Matrix, or equivalent) Comfortable with multiple iterations and collaborative input from founders and production teams Trend-aware and capable of initiating new design ideas as well as executing briefed concepts Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Fluent in English ????
