The designer will bridge client sentiment, design innovation, and traditional artistry. 🔍 Key Responsibilities ✨ Design & Customization Interpret client briefs and develop modern concepts for refurbishing old jewellery. Create 2D sketches and CAD renders for design approvals. Incorporate traditional Indian techniques (Kundan, Polki, Meenakari) with contemporary aesthetics. 🤝 Client Interaction Conduct consultations to understand the emotional, design, and functional expectations of clients. Present design options with sensitivity toward sentimental value. Offer professional advice on redesign feasibility, value retention, and enhancements. 🛠 Production Coordination Liaise with karigars (artisans), gemstone setters, polishers, and casters. Oversee the execution process, from wax models to finishing. Perform quality checks to ensure design and craftsmanship integrity. 📚 Documentation & Feedback Maintain design archives (sketches, renders, before-after photos). Collect client feedback post-delivery for improvement.
