Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Artisan Coordination:

• Work closely with artisans across all stages of jewellery production — casting, setting, polishing, rhodium, and finishing — ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

• CAD & Design Follow-ups:

• Coordinate with CAD designers to collect design files, check details, and hand them over to artisans/factories for execution.

• Order Management:

• Take daily order lists from sales/ERP, push them into production, and track them through each stage until QC and dispatch.

• Factory & Vendor Management:

• Liaise with external vendors/factories for specialised processes, ensure timelines are honoured, and maintain strong working relationships.

• Material Accountability:

• Oversee the issue and return of gold, diamonds, and other materials for every job. Maintain accurate records to prevent any losses or mismatches.

• Tracking & Reporting:

• Maintain a production tracker (manual/ERP) with order status, bottlenecks, and delays. Share daily updates with management.

• Quality Support:

• Coordinate with the QC team to ensure every product is checked and approved before dispatch.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in jewellery production / workshop coordination.
• Strong communication skills (Hindi required; English optional).
• Organised, disciplined, and excellent at follow-ups.
• Ability to manage artisans and vendors with authority and respect.
• Comfortable with basic spreadsheets/ERP for reporting.
