Full Time
- Assist senior merchandisers with product assortment, inventory management, and display design.
- Coordinate and follow up on Product Development (PD) orders with Sketch, Corel, and CAD teams.
- Liaise with outsourced designers, addressing queries and ensuring design accuracy.
- Help establish systems to ensure on-time delivery of jewellery and accurate communication.
- Develop reports on customer responses, feedback, and complaints.
- Oversee and maintain the design database, tracking all processed and finished designs.
- 15 years of experience as a jewellery merchandiser (local market experience preferred).
- Knowledge of both manual and computer-aided jewellery designing.
- Diploma in Jewellery Designing from a recognized professional institute preferred.
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
