Job Title: Marketing Manager – Jewellery Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our jewellery brand’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, and consumer trends within the jewellery or fashion industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the jewellery brand across online and offline channels.
  • Manage the brand’s visual identity, ensuring all marketing materials align with company standards and luxury positioning.
  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage social media presence, influencer partnerships, and digital advertising to increase engagement and reach.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, brand collaborations, and event marketing activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, designers, and retail managers to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online store promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and brand ambassadors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, email marketing software).
  • Creative flair with an eye for design, photography, and brand aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience managing influencer collaborations or brand ambassadors.
  • Knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and branding strategies.
  • Passion for jewellery, fashion, and design trends.

Working Conditions:

  • Office or hybrid work environment.
  • Occasional travel for events, trade shows, or photo shoots.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
