Job Description

Supervise/assist in smooth routine operations and maintenance of mandated strength at all client sites which includes the following:

  • Sourcing of manpower as and when required by client in the existing sites.
  • Maintaining good relationship with the client for smooth operational functions.
  • Ensure quality manpower are delivered.
  • Initial screening (includes mandatory document validation) and profiling of candidates prior to interview by the clients.
  • Monitoring the selected group of candidates and coordinating for the second round interview with clients.
  • Once the final selection is completed by the clients, Operations manager will be responsible for directing the selected security personnels to Admin section for documentation process and will then be responsible issuance of uniform to the and will directing them.
  • Ensure the candidates initial BGV are carried out properly and the details of BGV are mentioned on their bio-data.
  • Ensure the individual submits all the required documents (Police verification, medical documents) to admin team before being deployment on site.
  • Responsible for coordination with concerned on-site security managers for OJT of newly recruited staff, once their employee ID is allotted by Jaguar Head Office Noida.
  • Ensure that the entire security staff is allotted with PF and ESI no. and they are issued with temp ESI Card within 15 days of enrolment.
  • Should ensure the guards are in position with ESI smart card once the temp card has been issued to the individuals.
  • Ensure full compliance with all project standards, international guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for proper upkeep and maintenance of documents being maintained on-site such as IN/OUT register, material movement/inward/outward registers etc.
  • Ensure no overtime at any of the sites without client approval.
  • Ensure roster management. Ensure that all individuals are given mandatory weekly off and fair shift rotation should be in practice.
  • Collecting monthly attendance and update the same to account dept by 2nd of every month/as per client billing cycle.
  • Ensure all the invoices are submitted before 5th of every month.
  • Weekly Meeting with the Clients to take feedback on quality of Service.
  • Attending all emergency calls and diverting FO to get preliminary investigation report.
  • Ops manager will submit the investigation report to client within 48 hours after the incident.
  • Carryout audit and survey report as and when asked.
  • Ensure the guards deployed at sites are aware of SOP and PSI.
  • Ensure FO is visiting the sites as per site visit program.
  • Site visit forms are verified and updated to RM and VP on every Monday.
  • Weekly ops report is shared to GM on every Monday by 11 am.
  • Ensure the turnout of the security staff deployed at all at sites.
  • Update Admin department if there is any salary discrepancy of the security staff.
  • Ensure entire security staff is issued salary slip by 15th of every month.
  • Ensure opening of salary account for individuals without bank accounts within 20 days of joining.
  • Carry out initial verification from their end before enrolling the individual and will incorporate the details of verification on the bio-data (E.g. Name of referral person and formal telephone verification from the previous company /site incharge Name and Cont #) Carry out thorough regional field officers physical verification of 10% of new employees.
  • Carry out a detailed investigation in case of any adverse remark in internal verification documents.
  • Planning and updating of weekly training to the client.
  • Weekly training is be conducted for all clients on various security subjects.
  • Ensure training trackers are documented and shared to the client.
  • Monitor performance of the security staff and take necessary steps for skill development.
  • Ensure strict discipline of security staff deployed on staff and initiate necessary actions.
  • Written warning letter will be issued if the offence is repeated and serious in nature, seeking advice of RM/VP. Records of course of action taken will be submitted to clients.
  • Based on the requirement of clients, Ops manager needs to visit Labour Commissioner Office with Admin Manager’s for process/renewal of Compliance document.
  • Assisting client if they need help to liaison with PS.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate in any stream
  • Should be well-versed with English. Hindi & Marathi language
  • Age : Below 40 years
  • Work Experience – Minimum 10 years of working in a Security Industry or Field Operation preferred
