(a) Ex-Defence (Army/Navy/Air Force) or Para-Military forces (BSF/ CRPF / ITBP) with minimum 15-20 experience in Security/Vigilance.
(b) Preferably, experience in Manufacturing Industry with Union environment post forces tenure.
Job Description :
1.Capable of implementing security deployment process and monitoring.
2.Knowledge of various Gate Entry, Material Inward outward process systems
3.Knowledge on physical security equipment & capability to handle them.
4.Knowledge of VMS, CCTV surveillance, Access control methods & investigation skills.
5.Good computer skills including MS-Excel, Word, Power-point PPT and presentation skills.
6. Conducting security audit on a regular basis in order to identify and close gaps in the existing security system.
7.Working experience in Automotive / Manufacturing set up will be an added advantage.
8.To liaise & maintain cordial relations with Police authorities and surrounding villagers
9. Any other organizational tasks assigned by Head - Security & Vigilance.
