Job Summary:

The Office Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and operational support activities in the branch office. The role ensures smooth documentation, data management, and coordination between clients, field staff, and management for efficient security service operations.

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records of security personnel, attendance, and deployment schedules.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and salary statements in coordination with operations and accounts teams.
  • Assist in processing bills, agreements, and compliance-related documents (PSARA, ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
  • Support recruitment documentation, joining formalities, and maintaining employee files.
  • Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and general office administration.
  • Coordinate with field officers and supervisors for day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and submit them to management.
  • Support audit, compliance, and statutory record maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in the security or service industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of billing, compliance, and documentation in manpower/security services preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling company information.

Working Conditions:
