Job Description

Directly report to Assignment manager /Security manager (CSO) for all matters of security and personal matters of security persons and follow his instructions. Responsible for the safety and security of all the properties /assets of this company. Responsible to maintain all Security and Safety equipment in working condition at all times. Responsible to submit all Reports to Security manager/MANAGEMENT as per the schedule. Should be conversant with: Emergency response system, Bomb threat procedure, Law enforcement actions, Evacuation procedure, Fire alarm system, Surveillance system Facilitate training of staff on Fire Warden program and selected staff on Advance Fire Fighting Conduct risk assessment of the Building and patrol to identify and escalate fire hazard materials at storage locations of the building Adhere to the SOP as directed by Security Head Maintain MIS and prepare monthly reports on issues relating to fire safety Liaise with Building management authorities and other tenant representatives Eligibility Criteria: Should have computer knowledge Trained on firefighting, first aid & CPR Fire Officer Minimum Firefighting Diploma/Degree Minimum Educational - Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety / Graduation Minimum Exp : 5yrs Age limit: Up to 35 years at the time of selection & Should be physically and medically fit Should have pleasing personality Should be well behaved & well-mannered person Should be able to read, write and speak fluent English
