Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Trainer located in Pune. The Java Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, designing course materials, mentoring students, and assessing their progress. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive lectures, providing hands-on coding exercises, and offering individual support to students to ensure they meet their learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and related technologies such as Spring and Hibernate
• Experience in developing course materials, lesson plans, and training modules
• Ability to conduct training sessions, both theoretical and practical, in an engaging manner
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and practices in Java development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Java Trainer or in a similar teaching role is a plus
