Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Trainer located in Pune. The Java Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, designing course materials, mentoring students, and assessing their progress. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive lectures, providing hands-on coding exercises, and offering individual support to students to ensure they meet their learning objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and related technologies such as Spring and Hibernate Experience in developing course materials, lesson plans, and training modules Ability to conduct training sessions, both theoretical and practical, in an engaging manner Excellent communication and presentation skills Capability to mentor and guide students effectively Knowledge of the latest industry trends and practices in Java development Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Prior experience as a Java Trainer or in a similar teaching role is a plus
