Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Trainer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and excellent teaching skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and deliver comprehensive Java training programs for students.
Develop and maintain detailed course materials, including presentations, notes, and exercises.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery.
Stay updated with the latest Java developments and incorporate new technologies into training programs.
Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Experience with Java development tools and frameworks.
