Java Technology Analyst

Role Designation: Technology Analyst (Java Backend Developer)

Experience-4+Years

Base Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Work Environment: Regular

Must have skills-4+ years in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs , MS SQL+ Hibernate.

Junit, ANT, Maven, Hudson, SVN and Git, JSP, JSTL, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure timely and high-quality code deliverables across modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production incidents.
• Guide team members on best coding practices, performance optimization, and secure development.
• Support implementation, deployment, and warranty phases of project delivery.
• Ability to take ownership of modules and guide delivery independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to write clear emails/documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong expertise in

  Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and SOAP-based Web Services.

• Front-end integration experience using

  JSP, JSTL, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax for dynamic, responsive user interfaces.

• Hands-on knowledge of Hibernate (XML-based/Annotation configuration).
• Experience in

  MS SQL, including complex queries, joins, indexing, stored procedures (SP

  ), and views, along with performance optimization.
• Experience with SOAP-based Web Services and tools like JAX-WS and Apache CXF.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and application of common design patterns.
• Exposure to tools like

  Postman, SoapUI, Jenkins, and Git for testing and CI/CD processes.

• Experience working with security vulnerabilities scans for Application and server scans and fixes.
• Knowledge of test scripting methods & tools
• Experience working in Agile/fast paced environments is a plus.
