Java Technical Manager

Must Have

10+ years of hands-on experience in all facets of the web application development life cycle, from requirement analysis, architecture, design, code, UAT and post-implementation revisions.
Worked on Tools like Java, JSP, Servlets, spring,Struts 1.2, Struts2, Hibernate, Web Services, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, JST
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong leadership skills and ability to self-manage
Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Understanding of web development phases

Good to Have

Extensively worked in the area of Product Development and complex technical projects.
Customer facing, gathering specifications and communicating effectively to the development team
Manage, interface and define responsibilities
