Job Title: Java Developer (Microservices)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer (Microservices) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java development, Spring Boot framework, and microservice-based architecture. You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Development & Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Database Management:

• Work with SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL for structured data.
• Handle NoSQL databases like MongoDB for flexible data storage and retrieval.
• Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across systems.

Version Control & Collaboration:

• Use Git, GitHub, or GitLab for source code management and team collaboration.
• Maintain proper branching and merging practices for smoother CI/CD processes.

System Design & Integration:

• Contribute to designing distributed systems and microservice-based architectures.
• Integrate microservices with internal and external systems through secure APIs.

Deployment & Cloud Integration:

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes – optional plus).

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and enhance performance.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain technical documentation for developed services and APIs.
• Provide progress reports and participate in daily stand-up meetings.

Requirements:

Education:

• B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservice architecture.
• Good understanding of SQL fundamentals and RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation abilities.
