Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption where relevant.

Technical Skills Required:

• Backend:

  Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture

• Frontend:

  Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Database:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (any one)

• DevOps & Tools:

  Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

• Cloud:

  AWS/Azure/GCP (any one is a plus)

• Others:

  Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading full stack development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in a product-based or fast-paced startup environment.
• Certifications in Java, Angular, or cloud technologies.
• Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices.
