Java Full Stack Technical Lead

As a Java fullstack Technical Lead for a French multinational IT services and consulting company headquartered in Paris, you will play a crucial role in mobilizing and managing technology in a Global Investment Banking environment. Your minimum 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in a Technical Lead / Development SME role, will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate experience in Continuous Delivery software development methods, including TDD and automated testing, including non-functional performance testing. - Work on high volume data integration and throughput requirements, specifically profiling. - Implement micro service architecture and REST principles. - Utilize your knowledge of UI/Dashboards, with experience in ReactJS/NextJS, Angular2, HTML5, CSS3, and graph/chart frameworks/libraries. - Employ Java 11 and above, Rest API, JUNIT, Mockito, Spring Boot components, Spring Integration, and Spring Batch. - Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Swagger, Auto Deployment scripting, and BDD (Selenium, Gherkin). - Have experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, JPA, Hibernate, CICD Development in Groovy, Jenkins, Ansible. - Possess some experience with NoSQL, Elastic, Cloud (GCP), Kubernetes (GKE, IKP), and Docker. Qualifications Required: - Practical experience of leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment. - Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery software development methods, including TDD and automated testing (including non-functional testing). - Awareness of software delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. - Strong communication skills for interfacing with IT Lead/Delivery Manager, Architect, business Product Owners, and IT offshore teams. - Ability to translate complexity into plain language, problem-solving, critical thinking, proactive risk and issues management. - Customer empathy and managing client expectations. Additional Details: You will be a part of Data Ops, focusing on IT Delivery experience in Client on-boarding (Data Ops) and Reference data domains in a Tier 1 Bank.
