About the Role

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with around 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, preferably in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and databases, with exposure to healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7. Knowledge of compliance frameworks like HIPAA and CCD/CDA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions for healthcare systems using modern technologies.
• Work extensively with FHIR (HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) for exchanging healthcare information electronically.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services to support interoperability between healthcare platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, clinical SMEs, and DevOps.
• Ensure solutions meet healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and CCD/CDA.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with databases (MySQL/Oracle).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using JUnit/Mockito.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and technical documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs (SOAP knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL/Oracle).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to healthcare domain projects (HL7/FHIR/HIPAA compliance) preferred.

Good to Have

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of container platforms (OpenShift/Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular/React) for full-stack development.
• Experience with SonarQube, Postman, SOAP UI.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
