Job Title: Lead Full Stack Java Developer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong coding expertise, a deep understanding of full-stack development, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of talented developers. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 - 6 years of mandatory experience in Full Stack Java development. Strong coding knowledge and extensive experience in programming. Proficiency in Angular and Spring Boot frameworks. Proven ability to handle database operations effectively. Excellent debugging skills. Demonstrable knowledge and experience with migration processes. Ability to handle and lead an entire development team. A strong passion for guiding and mentoring junior developers. Technically very strong, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles. Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Full Stack Java. Utilize Angular for building intuitive and responsive user interfaces and Spring Boot for developing powerful backend systems. Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. Demonstrate exceptional debugging skills to efficiently identify and resolve complex technical issues. Lead and execute migration processes with proficiency and precision. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices. Technically lead and oversee the entire development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
