Role Description

This is a contract role for a Java Full Stack Developer (FSD) Trainer, based on-site in Chennai. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in Java full-stack development. Day-to-day tasks include creating course materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback. The role requires collaboration with the curriculum development team to ensure the training content is up to date and relevant to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java full-stack development including both front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be oracle certified SE17.
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Relevant experience in the software development industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
