Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of back-end development, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures. Work with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for scalable deployment and service integration. Implement and maintain event-driven architecture for distributed systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Maintain high standards of code quality and ensure best practices are followed. Mandatory Skills Programming Languages : Java (Primary), Python (Good to Have) Frameworks : Spring Boot, Hibernate Cloud : AWS Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle (any) Architecture : RESTful APIs, Microservices, Event-driven systems Tools/Methodologies : Agile, Scrum Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
