We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented java developer with strong experience in managing software development projects and a solid background . The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, while working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for Java-based applications.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Track progress and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and best practices.
Prepare project status reports and present updates to clients and senior management.
3–5 years of experience in software development.
Strong background in Java/J2EE with understanding of frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
