Java developer / Senior developer / Tech Lead (Experience 4-15 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain backend services with Java (8+) using frameworks like Spring and SpringBoot.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement unit testing, integration testing, and BDD testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaboration and Mentorship: Communicate effectively with Scrum Masters (SM) and team members, providing guidance and mentoring junior developers as needed.
• Code Management and Deployment: Use GitLab for code management, TeamCity for CI/CD, and REST for API development.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Java (8+), lambda expressions, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, TeamCity) and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, such as unit testing, integration testing, and BDD

Skill sets required :

Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Multithreading, Data Structures, Algorithm, JUnit, System Design, Design PatternResource needs to be valuated on

• Springboot, Micro Services, can test their Junit skills.
• More Technically core questions on Spring boot how it works, Some Annotations and use of it.
• Basically, need resource who are technical strong.
• System design knowledge.

Job Description:

This role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing Java applications, while also utilizing modern technologies for deployment, containerization, and automation.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs using Java technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and application architectures.
• Ensure the efficient integration of Java applications with containerized environments using Docker and orchestrating deployments on Kubernetes (EKS).
• Utilize Terraform to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage Jenkins pipelines to automate Java application deployment and testing.
• Assist in implementing best practices for RUCD to streamline deployment processes and continuous delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Java development, with experience building scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate, and other relevant Java frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes (EKS) for orchestration.
• Experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of RUCD and continuous delivery processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and debug complex applications.
