About the Role:
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive backend development and system architecture for a healthcare platform. You'll build scalable, HIPAA-compliant systems using Java (JDK17+), Spring Boot, and AWS, and lead API design, infrastructure, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend design, development, and architecture
• Build and maintain secure APIs and AWS infrastructure (Terraform)
• Ensure system reliability and data privacy compliance (HIPAA)
• Mentor engineers and uphold best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in on-call support rotation

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, AWS (Lambda, Fargate, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, Cognito, etc.), Terraform, GitHub, REST APIs

Requirements:

• 5 years of backend development experience
• Strong AWS and Spring Boot expertise
• Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant systems preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
